I live in North Wales with my partner and three wonderful daughters (2 young adults and a teen). I trained as a GP and currently work as a community paediatrician.

Through my own experiences and in my work role I see that when mothers feel loved and supported they are able to provide love, support and connection to their babies.

I am passionate about supporting mothers to do this incredible work.

The first 1001 days sets the stage for babies’ emotional and mental wellbeing. It is such an important time and yet as a society we do not value the critical work that mothers do in this period. Babies are our future. Every time a mother responds to her baby with love and nurture we are supporting a future generation to love and connect with themselves, other humans and the planet.
