Sophrology
Sophrology is a mind body practice for self development and overall health and wellbeing. It consists of short exercises that include dynamic relaxation, gentle breathing, mindfulness and visualisation.
The advantage for mothers is that the techniques are simple and short and can be done sitting, standing or lying down whilst holding your baby.
